            RightsReady USA does not require user accounts — there is no app account to delete. You can request deletion of voluntarily submitted information. On-device data (including emergency contact details) can only be removed by you directly.
        

1. No User Accounts

RightsReady USA does not operate user accounts. There is no account to delete. A data deletion pathway is provided for voluntarily submitted information and for legal compliance.

2. What Data We May Hold

We may hold:

Support requests voluntarily submitted by the user (name, email, message)
Feedback reports voluntarily submitted by the user
Legal partner enquiry submissions (name, email, firm, message)
AI response / content reports submitted by the user
Data deletion requests themselves

We do not store: user accounts, AI chat history, location history, advertising identifiers, analytics tracking data.

3. On-Device Data

Emergency contact names and phone numbers and any other data stored in app/browser local storage are on the user's device only. ICRA Justice Network cannot access or delete this data. To remove it:

clear app data or browser local storage in your device settings; or
uninstall RightsReady USA from your device.

4. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of information we hold:

visit rightsready.org/rightsready-usa/data-deletion; or
use the in-app data deletion or support pathway, if available; or
email admin@rightsready.org

Please include enough information to identify the relevant record (such as the email address used in your enquiry).

5. Processing Time

We aim to respond within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, regulatory or compliance purposes.

6. Third-Party Processing

AI prompts submitted to AI features are processed through Workshop infrastructure and OpenAI for response generation. Deletion rights for data held by third-party providers may be subject to their own policies and applicable law.

7. Your Rights Under U.S. Law

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, Virginia CDPA, Colorado Privacy Act or other state laws, including:

the right to know what personal information we hold;
the right to request deletion;
the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information);
the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
