Data Deletion Requests
RightsReady is designed to minimise data collection. Most data is stored locally on your device.
Locally Stored Data
If data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by uninstalling the app or clearing app data. RightsReady may not be able to recover or delete data stored only on your device.
Server Data
Where RightsReady stores account, support or technical data, users may request deletion subject to legal, security and operational limitations.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, contact us at admin@rightsready.org with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Limitations
We may need to retain certain data where required by law, for security purposes or for legitimate operational reasons. We will inform you if any limitations apply to your request.
