Data Deletion Policy

RightsReady AU does not require user accounts. Because there are no user accounts, there is no app account to delete.

Section 1 – Local On-Device Data

Emergency contact details, Emergency Contact Alert message settings, location-sharing preferences and some app preferences may be stored locally on the user's device. RightsReady cannot access or delete this on-device data for the user. Users can delete it by clearing app/browser storage or uninstalling the app.

RightsReady does not store location history on its servers.

Section 2 – Voluntarily Submitted Data

RightsReady may hold limited information if a user voluntarily submits a support request, AI report, legal partner enquiry, feedback form or deletion request. Users may request deletion through https://rightsready.org/rightsready-au/data-deletion or admin@rightsready.org.

Section 3 – Processing Time

RightsReady aims to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting or regulatory purposes.
